Template export pencil

Please select the builds on the right side and start installing Pencil. It doesn't seem to. It looks like RC2 is only available as a plugin, so I downloaded it and tried it, but the same issue appears. Should I file a bug?

Any update on this issue? I have 1. Basic Web and PNG works fine. I have filed issue for this problem.
